Life made easy

I think someone is using that headline but I'm not sure, it just seemed to fit. Here are some of the features of this home that will make your life easier.

1. An irrigation system- if you have ever lugged hoses all over the yard three days a week you know how awesome this is, spend the extra time reading the paper while the yard waters itself in the morning.

2. Two Bedrooms on the first floor- take your pick, leave the stair stepping for the gym.

3. A built-in desk- great for a home office or scrap booking.

4. Hardwood floors on the first and second floor- great for people with allergies (or shedding dogs).

There are many more things to love about this house but these are a few that you'll really enjoy....

From the homeowner....

"A few years ago I was going to an appointment at the RBC Center and I cut through on Nowell Road. I noticed a sign for 14 custom homes available for sale. I was actually in the market for a larger home, but didn’t want to leave the downtown Raleigh area. But this neighborhood was perfect!

I called the number and set up an appointment to look at the lot. I fell in love with the neighborhood and bought the lot on the spot!! It was quite the experience for both myself and my builder since it was the first house either of us built. From the very beginning it was a labor of love for both of us. We put our best efforts into designing and building a beautiful home that anyone could be happy in. As my good neighbor Evan said it’s a great neighborhood too.

I didn’t think I would ever leave Nowell Pointe, in my opinion it’s just the best. I love the convenience to downtown Raleigh and NC State. It's close to everything from Canes hockey and college football to great shopping and the State Fair. Plus, I work as a sales rep and this location has access to every major highway, so getting around is easy!

I’ll always have wonderful memories of all the things I’ve experienced living here. However, my circumstances have changed and I need more space.

If you are the person who buys this home, just know I’ll be back for the Halloween Parade and chili cooking after the parade, and of course the 4th of July cookout on the cul-de-sac. (My favorite part is when everyone in the neighborhood gets together to watch the fireworks at the fairgrounds, which you can see perfectly from the neighborhood.)

Stop by for a visit, you won’t be disappointed."

Won't you be my neighbor?

"I recently moved to Nowell Pointe from another Raleigh area and I can honestly say it is a small town neighborhood in the heart of the big city. The location is amazing, but its the people that really make it special. It's the type of neighborhood where neighbors bring you muffins when you move in just to say hi. Or a neighbor drops by with fresh Tuna they just caught on their fishing trip. There is no HOA but that doesn't stop us from banning together to look after one another or plan neighborhood parties like the July 4th BBQ. I couldn't imagine a better neighborhood or better neighbors, but if you're someone who doesn't enjoy a friendly smile and wave as your drive by (or an invite for a beer on the porch with a new friend), Nowell Pointe may not be for you."

Location!

Apparently, the location of a home is very important in real estate. This home is in a neighborhood that is truly a hidden gem. It is in a PERFECT location... seriously. Just try to name something that is not nearby. Grocery Stores, check. Shopping, check. Parks, check. Hospital, check.

Keep going?

Restaurants, check. Hiking trails, check. Lake, check. Access to highways, check. Golf courses, check.

Concert venue, check. I could go on and on...but I think you get the point. This home should definitely be on your list of homes to see.

Come "check" it out.
