I think someone is using that headline but I'm not sure, it just seemed to fit. Here are some of the features of this home that will make your life easier.
1. An irrigation system- if you have ever lugged hoses all over the yard three days a week you know how awesome this is, spend the extra time reading the paper while the yard waters itself in the morning.
2. Two Bedrooms on the first floor- take your pick, leave the stair stepping for the gym.
3. A built-in desk- great for a home office or scrap booking.
4. Hardwood floors on the first and second floor- great for people with allergies (or shedding dogs).
